TorchLight seeks an Ecommerce & CMS Manager for a leading membership organization dedicated to the improvement of women’ s health. Candidate will manage content management systems, ecommerce systems, search, and other digital products. They will define CMS platform strategy and put processes in place to improve the organization’ s digital presence.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on expterise for content management system, ecommerce, mobile, search platform, internal ticket system, and other website touchpoints
  • Manage platform upgrades and updates including planning, schedules, communication, implementation, and Q&A
  • Make changes and edits to templates and permissions, manage user accounts, and approve workflows.
  • Support content migration efforts and make recommendations around how to enforce governance, guidelines, and best practices
  • Manage consistent cleanup of outdated content and media files and enforce rules around content expiration dates
  • Troubleshoot platform issues including the templates, HTML, UX/UI, and display
  • Work closely with vendors and other staff to identity requirements, build plan, and make enhancements/changes to digital platforms
  • Work with analytics team to implement tracking and reporting
  • Creative and deliver effective trainings on how to use platforms to meet digital objectives

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in computer science or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting digital technology platforms including web content management, search, and ecommerce systems
  • Minimum of two years of experience with Sitecore required
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing ecommerce system required
  • Minimum of two years of experience using platform functionality to support the enforcement of content governance
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Association Management Systems like Netforum a plus 
  • Proven understanding of accessibility and section 508 compliance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web services and APIs
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at all levels of the organization
